"TRITTICO" is the second range of open type splitting machines, there is motorized conveyor of mobile steel slats with 2 rows of steel slats on entry and on exit a motorized conveyor of a more simple type with a single row of steel slats.

This system can be sold as an individual unit but it is mainly bought as head of a splitting line. This machine can be supplied with hydraulic manipulators to move the stone.

Have you ever thought of a stone splitting system whereby one of the classic features of splitting machinery, such as the fixed table is instead replaced by a conveyor system or a half mobile work bench, a system where the operator doesn't have to move the stone manually as the conveyors are able to position the blocks under the blade?

Where everything is operated from a control panel at the front of the machine ?

Our technicians have thought of all of this, placing the safety of the operator first and foremost (no need to move heavy blocks or risk putting hands under a blade) , whilst at the same time creating a system that allows for continuous production and therefore increased output.

The Trittico systems avoid all possibility of uncontrolled movements and irregular splitting - the conveyors or the mobile bench are lowered at the same time, so that the stone is split only by the pressure of the two blades.

This system enables high production, with low maintenance.
